This is a cute, cozy little home! It is the flagship of a series I call Freedom, a series of small homes that give you the freedom to live the life you want to live. Simultaneously simple and yet finely detailed with beautiful form and ornament in the classic American vernacular tradition. Unlike many small homes, it is designed to be fully accessible to people with limited mobility. There are two versions of the plan suited for different lot orientations and sizes. At this moment (early ’24), I anticipate that I can help you build it well starting around $135k in our Memphis area.
